Job Hunting

Finding the right job can be a lonely business.

At no time during your life will you experience so much rejection as when you are looking for a job.  You may find the current job hunting scene an enormous shock to the system. In the past you might well have expected to find a job within a few weeks. Suddenly six months have passed since you first started looking and all you seem to get are rejections and rejections.

For those who have been made redundant or are unemployed it can be even worse as they face a time when their life is thrown into confusion.

You will probably amass an amazing collection of rejection letters.

Telephone calls you have made will not be answered or returned. Agencies are overwhelmed with applications, and it will not be unusual to see that there have been several hundred applications for advertised jobs.

Some so-called acquaintances may no longer be interested in meeting you.

Agreed, there is a plethora of information for job seekers on the internet, but sometimes it is like finding a needle in a hay stack.

We aim to provide a lifeline.

Our approach is to provide a very personal level of support from a professional career consultant, with face to face meetings backed up with telephone and email support.

We can work with you on a one to one basis at every stage of your job search.

Alternatively for those who require only one or two elements of our programme, such as CV preparation or interview skills for example, this can be treated in just the same personal way, working with a career consultant.

You have powers you never dreamed of.
You can do things you never thought you could do.
There are no limitations to what you can do, except the limitations in your own mind as to what you cannot do.
Don’t think you cannot; think you can.
