Over the past thirty years I have given career advice to thousands of people both to individuals and groups.
I have helped them to decide the direction their career should take, how to build their CV’s, to write covering letters, to make applications, send speculative letters, network, prepare for interviews and all the numerous activities which are concerned with finding a job.
However apart from giving expert advice on these job seeking techniques, my most important role has been to act as an objective sounding board, to ask the right questions, taking the role of a coach and mentor, addressing the specific problems of each individual and helping them to remain positive.
Today’s job market is tough, very tough, but help is at hand.
Job hunting can be a lonely business, but it need not be

“Dan’s advice, motivation and support have been crucial elements in my career path and I can highly recommend Dan as a career coach, mentor and/or counsellor.
Highly experienced, energetic and with his “thinking outside the box” mentality, Dan helped me to have a very successful and smooth career transition / progression at the height of the financial crisis in 2008. Three years later, I still remember the sessions we had and the advice Dan has given me.” August 31, 2011
